Intoduction:

Black garlic is a kind of food made from fresh raw garlic and fermented for 90 ~ 120 days in a fermenter with skin. It has good antioxidant effect.
Allicin in black garlic has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. It can kill dozens of epidemic viruses and a variety of pathogenic microorganisms. Allicin is the main bactericidal component, and a white oily liquid "propylene sulfide".
